Shipping Policy

At Tara Nichole Art, we offer both domestic and international shipping. Please read through our policy carefully to understand our procedures and what you need to consider before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Each piece of artwork is custom-made and one-of-a-kind. Once your order is confirmed, we will process and ship it within [insert typical processing time, e.g., 10-14 business days], unless otherwise communicated. For commissioned artwork, please allow additional time, which will be discussed upon ordering.

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States using [insert shipping carriers, e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx]. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Standard domestic shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days. Expedited options are available at an additional cost.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the progress of your shipment via the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to most countries. Please be aware of the following when placing an international order:

  • Shipping Costs: International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of the package. Additional fees, such as customs duties, taxes, and import fees, may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The Client is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees that may apply. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the local customs authorities upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information before placing your order.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on the destination and customs processing but typically range from 10-30 business days. Please note that customs processing may delay delivery.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment’s progress. Please note that some international shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections or local postal issues, which are outside of our control.

Shipping Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance through services like "Route" or similar protection to cover your artwork in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. Without insurance, Tara Nichole Art is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs once the artwork has been shipped.

  • Lost or Stolen Items: If you purchased shipping insurance and your item is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, you may file a claim with the insurance provider. Please see our Refund Policy for more details on how to file a claim.

Packaging

Your artwork will be carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. We use high-quality materials to protect your art during transit. However, stones, crystals, or other delicate elements may shift slightly during shipping, which is normal. Instructions for reattaching any loose elements can be provided upon request.

Shipping Address & Information

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Tara Nichole Art is not responsible for shipments that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the Client will be responsible for re-shipment costs.

Delivery Delays

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as weather, customs delays, and carrier issues can affect delivery times. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, Tara Nichole Art is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Important Considerations for International Shipping

  1. Customs Clearance: Each country has different customs clearance procedures. Be prepared for potential delays at customs, which can take from a few days to several weeks. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the Client’s responsibility.

  2. Restricted Items: Some countries may have restrictions on certain materials or types of goods. Please ensure that resin art and any crystals, stones, or other materials used in your artwork are allowed for import into your country before placing your order.

  3. Returns for Non-Deliverable Shipments: If a package is returned to us because it was not claimed by the Client or due to unpaid customs fees, the Client will be responsible for any additional shipping or handling fees to resend the package. If the Client opts not to have the package resent, the order will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

Note:

  1. Customs Duties & Delays: International orders are subject to customs duties, and clients should be aware that customs processing can add days or weeks to the delivery time. It’s crucial to communicate these potential delays with international clients upfront.

  2. Shipping Costs & Size: Art pieces, especially larger ones, can incur significant shipping costs. Consider using shipping calculators or clearly communicating potential costs at checkout.

  3. Insurance: Shipping insurance is vital for artwork, especially for high-value or delicate items. Make sure you clearly offer the option of insurance to your clients, and if they decline, have them understand that Tara Nichole Art is not liable for damage.

  4. Tracking & Signature Confirmation: For high-value artwork, using tracking and requiring signature confirmation upon delivery is highly recommended to avoid issues with lost or stolen packages.
