Refund Policy

At Tara Nichole Art, all sales are final. We do not allow order cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or warranties once an order is placed. Every piece of art is custom-made, one-of-a-kind, and may include delicate materials, so please ensure you are certain of your choices before making a purchase.

Non-Refundable Deposits & Sales
Deposits for commissioned artwork are non-refundable. Once the final payment is made and the Artwork is delivered to the Client, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The Client acknowledges that due to the unique, fluid nature of the materials used (such as resin, crystals, and stones), the final outcome may differ slightly from expectations, which is not grounds for a refund.

Damages and Issues
We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, such as "Route" protection, to cover potential loss, theft, or damage during transit. Once the artwork is shipped, Tara Nichole Art is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Summary of Shipping Protection Coverage:

  • Lost in Transit:

    • Domestic: Claims must be filed between 7 and 30 days from the last shipping update.

    • International: Claims must be filed between 20 and 30 days from the last shipping update.

  • Stolen (Marked as Delivered):

    • Claims must be filed between 5 and 15 days from when the order was marked delivered. Orders over $100 USD require a police report.

  • Damaged:

    • Claims must be filed with photos of the damaged package and item(s) within 15 days of delivery.

If you notice damage to the package upon arrival, please take photos or videos before opening it. This documentation is necessary for filing a claim with the shipping carrier or insurer. Stones or crystals may loosen during shipping, which is considered normal and does not qualify as defective or damaged. Instructions and materials for reattachment can be provided upon request.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Tara Nichole Art is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any return-to-sender and re-shipment fees. If the package is destroyed due to non-claim by the customer, the customer must re-purchase the item.

No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom and unique nature of the artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy applies to all purchases, including commissions, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions or need clarification.
